Scuba Diving is a skill you can use for the rest of your life. If you have the ability to scuba dive you have the freedom to do so where ever you travel to, from wreck diving in the Maldives to searching for bait balls on the Sardine run. Once you learn how to dive you will never want to stop.

No previous experience is needed. We will teach you all you need to know. You also don’t need any gear, all gear rental is included in the price. All you’ll need is a swimsuit, sunscreen and towel.

Theory session 1 & Pool session 1.
We start the day with a short theory session to get you up to speed with scuba theory, procedures and lingo. After this we fit you for your diving gear and head to the pool to teach you how to assemble scuba gear and start with your skill set. We start developing your skills in the pool because it is a safe and controlled environment. Safety First!

Theory session 2 and Pool session 2.
The day begins once more with a theory session and final exam. We finish your scuba skills in the pool and teach you to control your buoyancy and scuba gear. We make sure that you are comfortable in the water and can perform your skills effectively. But don’t fret, it’s great fun!

Open Water sessions.
Today marks the beginning of our open water dives. We head to Miracle Water in Brits for two open water dives. During these dives you will fine tune your scuba skills and learn how to dive in open water. Your instructor will help you to do your skills and teach you good scuba diving habits and how to handle yourself in open water.

Open water sessions and qualification.
Miracle waters is on the itinerary again for two more open water dives to qualify you as an open water diver. After completing these dives you will be a qualified PADI Open Water Diver. This qualification allows you to dive anywhere in the world.

Additional Fun Dives
Want to have more fun? Join us for two casual dives in Miracle Waters at an additional R600. Now that you are qualified you can put your skills to use. Complete two dives and explore the underwater world. These dives are still under the supervision of a scuba instructor who will pay attention to details such as buoyancy control, good diving habits and air-management. This means you will have more time to gain experience and learn from those with lots of experience.
