#GekoFit: Abtastic HIIT

Today’s video focusses on the abdominal muscles to improve the core. I’ve thrown in a few HIIT exercises in between ab sets to keep your heart rate up and metabolism roaring! Do the exercises in the below sequence with no to limited rest (20 seconds at most).

Spiderman Crunches x 20 reps

Bum Touches x 20 reps

Core Hold x 30 seconds

V-Ups x 20 reps

Jumping Lunges x 20 reps

Crab Toe Touch x 20 reps

Bum Touches x 20 reps

Bicycle Crunches x 20 reps

This works on strengthening your core muscles and kicks your metabolism into fat burning mode, which means you will burn fat not only during your workout but also in the 24 hours after the workout.
