This workout focusses on the abdominal muscles (core) and the legs. It is a High Intensity Interval Training workout, which means you’ll burn fat in during and after the workout too!ir-leasing.ru
Do each exercise with the allocated number of reps, in the sequence as I do them above, from start to finish. Then repeat this sequence of exercises 3 – 5 times, with 30 seconds rest ONLY between sets to keep your heart rate up.
